From Renaissance to Hatikvah

Music doesn’t care about borders, it doesn’t know any limits, neither in time nor space.

I will present a simple tune’s travels from 16th century’s Northern Italy around whole of Europe and finally into Rishon le Zion as Hatikva. A tune that still is very much alive.

Bio:
I started my career as archaeologist in 70:s, then studied computer science. I have been working as IT consultant for the last 31 years.
Two years ago I was given a possibility to follow my interest in history and spend a years studying history at Lund University. History is my passion and particularly historical dance.
I’m also a chairman and artistic leader of Cadenza, a small historical dance group in Lund, Sweden.
